All features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.3. Subscription, Billing & Refunds3.1. Subscription TermYour subscription begins on the date you sign up and is billed in advance on a monthly (or annual) basis.You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.3.2. Refund PolicyExcept as set forth in Section 3.3 below, no refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of initial payment.To request a refund within the first 24 hours, contact [email protected].3.3. Service Discontinuation CreditIf we permanently cease operation of the Service, you will receive a pro-rata credit or refund equal to the unused portion of your paid subscription term.4. Term, Suspension & Termination4.1. TermThese Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service.4.2. Suspension & TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, access to the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with no notice and without liability.No refunds or credits will be issued upon suspension or termination, except as expressly provided in Section 3.3.5. No Ownership; License GrantWe retain all ownership of the hardware, software, networks, and other infrastructure that comprise the Service.By paying fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate on our resources for the duration of your active subscription.6. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING HEREUNDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.10.
